Shipping Methods

Our products are shipped exclusively within Thessaloniki area, with a corresponding charge to the customer, which is defined based on the distance from the physical store and the postal code of the area for which the order is intended.

Orders are checked daily from 10:00 to 20:00. If the order is received after 20:00, it will be notified and answered the next day. Orders are delivered by 20:00.

After this time limit, the delivery of the order will be postponed to the next day. Orders which do not include the recipient’s telephone number cannot be executed and will be cancelled. Informing the recipient about the products is essential to avoid any misunderstanding and to provide better service.
