Returns Policy
In our store www.sismanidis-flowers.gr, with the aim of further meeting and serving our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in your daily shopping, we offer the possibility of returning and exchanging products.
It is emphasized that any return and change is carried out exclusively in our physical store with parallel control of the product by store managers. If it is determined that the flower or plant has been damaged and is not returned intact, the store cannot proceed to change/replace it.
Cancellations and Returns Policy
Delivery of the order is guaranteed by the recipient’s signature on the order form. When the recipient is unable to sign himself/herself, a third party may sign.
If the recipient refuses for any reason to sign, the sender has no right to dispute the delivery and refuse any charge.
Cancellation of the order is accepted up to one day before the delivery of the order and a full refund will be made. For cancellations made on the same day, the amount is not refunded but in case the sender does not wish to send them, they will not be sent. This is because the preparation of the order will have taken place which includes irreversible modification of the flowers.
Complaints about the quality of the flowers are accepted on the same day and the check to detect possible problems is carried out by our representative, strictly in the physical store. If a problem is indeed found in the product, it will be replaced immediately.
Below we list the terms and conditions and ways of returning products:
- The date on the receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return may not to exceed one day.
- The packaging must not have been damaged and must be in its original condition.
- We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above mentioned conditions, it will not be replaced.
Cancellation of Order
You have the option of cancelling the entire order or part of it, as long as it has not yet been executed (no corresponding shipping document has been issued by Sismanides Florist). In case that the customer wishes to cancel the order, he has the option to contact: (in the above mentioned time period) by telephone at 2310222504-506 or by e-mail at info@sismanidis.flowers.
In case the recipient does not accept to receive the flowers or plants, the order cannot be cancelled and the money of the order will not be refunded. This is because the preparation of the order will have been done and it means irreversible modification of the flowers (cutting, pruning). If the flowers have not been modified or the order is for a plant, then the money will be returned to the sender.
